I loved the central location of the hotel, it was only a short walk from the train and bus stations and it was easy to explore the downtown area. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food. the room was cozy and had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the view of the quiet street from my window.
The hotel facilities were run down and outdated, which took away from the charm of the hotel.

Spent my Xmas here and it was amazing. Located near the hot springs which is the best experience ever. The staff is friendly and hospitable, providing the most authentic experience of the traditional Japanese ryokan. The natural hot spring water in the onsen facility was so relaxing. The perfect location was also great, just a few meters away from the train station and shopping street.
The hotel is a bit old but still clean and well-maintained. One downside was the non-smoking room that had a bit of smoke smell coming from the corridor. And the towel provided was small, we had to use it for both the bathroom and public bath instead of having separate towels.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city! The room was small, but it was cozy, with a nice AC system, and very clean bathroom. , the breakfast was great, with a good mix of both Japanese and Western options.
The towels were small and not enough to wrap around the body, and the walls were rather thin; noise from other rooms could be heard.

I absolutely loved the convenient location in the heart of this city, near the train station and within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch and everything was sparkling clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options to choose from.
All was good.
